01 · Repairs & existing systems

Start with what’s not working.

Do you take on repairs and single-room work?

Yes. We work on a single room or system as well as larger projects. There’s no fixed minimum—we’ll look at the scope and time involved and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

Can you work on a system another company installed?

Usually, yes. We’ll check the equipment, wiring and setup, then explain what can be repaired, what can be reused and what may need replacing. You’ll have a clear recommendation before work starts.

Do I have to replace everything?

No. We start with what you already have. If it’s in good condition and still fits your goals, we’ll keep it. If it’s holding the system back, we’ll explain why and give you options.

Can you help with Wi-Fi, lighting, shades, cameras or controls?

Yes. Those systems are part of the integration work we do. We can look at them together and recommend what will make the biggest difference.

02 · Planning a project

Plan the space, then the technology.

Do you work on remodels and new construction?

Yes, and earlier is better. We coordinate with architects, designers and builders on wiring, equipment locations, lighting, shades and finishes so the technology fits the space instead of being added later.

Do you work with homes and businesses?

Yes. We work with homeowners, businesses, architects, designers and builders, from a single media room or conference room to a whole-home or commercial system.

What should I have ready before I contact you?

A short description of what’s happening and what you’d like to change is enough. Photos, model numbers or plans help if you have them, but you don’t need the right terminology or a finished equipment list.

Can you handle a project from design through installation?

Yes. We can handle the design, installation, programming and integration for the systems in scope. Your proposal will make clear what we’re doing and where other trades, such as electrical or construction, are responsible.

03 · Pricing, support & next steps

Know what you’re getting into.

How do you price a project?

We price by the scope and time involved. There’s no fixed minimum and no published rate card because every project is different. If you have a budget in mind, tell us; if not, we can talk through priorities. We’ll confirm the approach and pricing before work begins.

What kind of support do you provide after installation?

We test the system, walk you through how it works and leave you with the documentation you need. If you want ongoing support, we can include it in the plan and spell out what’s covered.

Where do you work?

Our office is in Beverly Hills, and we work across Los Angeles. If you’re outside the area, tell us where the project is and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes. Our portfolio includes home theaters, media rooms, whole-home systems and commercial spaces. We can point you to projects that are close to what you’re planning.
